We work on the "full chain" innovative research on the preparation of fluorescent nanomaterials, surface modification, biological functionalization, biomarkers and dynamic imaging, and focuse on the bioprobes and biomedical dynamic imaging and analysis of quantum dots. After more than 10 years of hard work, we have developed the "living cell synthesis" and "quasi biosynthesis" of quantum dots and the construction method of new biological detection / imaging probes. We have established a fast and high-precision 3D dynamic tracking location algorithm and fast 3D single particle dynamic tracking technology to reveal part of the fine dynamic behavior mechanism of single avian influenza virus infection. We have launched a series of new biological detection technologies and methods based on fluorescent nanomaterials. The research work embodies the characteristics of interdisciplinary integration, involving the frontier research fields of synthetic biology, nano science, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry,etc. At present, the main research directions of our group are as follows:
